After registering, our team will review your application and verify your business details. Approval usually takes 2–3 business days, and you’ll receive an email confirmation once your account is activated.

Tip: Ensure your business name, address, and VAT details are filled in accurately to speed up approval.

After your wholesale account is active:

• You can log in anytime using your registered email.
• The catalog will automatically show wholesale prices.
• You can add products to cart and place orders directly through your dashboard.
• You’ll receive order confirmations and invoices via email.

Each approved retailer will be assigned a payment plan based on their profile:

• Full Payment: 100% of the order value is payable at the time of order.
• 50% Upfront: 50% deposit is payable when placing the order, and the balance 50% must be cleared before dispatch.

Your assigned payment type will be confirmed in your account setup email. Requests for changes to your payment terms can be reviewed upon request.
