Return Window

You have a legal "short-term right to reject" faulty, damaged, or "not as described" goods within 30 days from delivery. You are entitled to a full refund.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Item must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging.
  • Receipt or proof of purchase required.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order on delivery. If damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately.

Exchanges

No direct exchanges. Return and reorder separately.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period

UK/EU customers may cancel or return within 14 days. Items must be unused, unworn, with tags and proof of purchase.

Refunds

Refunds processed to original method within 14 calendar days of approval. Banks may take longer. Contact us if not received after 15 business days.
