Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Mini Cuddles. We at “First Steps Babywear UK Ltd” aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and efficiently. Below you'll find everything you need to know about delivery options and charges.

Delivery Options:

Note: Delivery times are estimated and may vary during peak periods or due to unforeseen courier delays.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
• You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.
• Please check all details within your order such as the order contents and address. For any returned parcels due to failed/unanswered delivery attempts or an address entered inaccurately, an additional postage fee would be applicable to resend.
• During peak periods (such as holiday sales), processing may take a little longer.
• If you place an order on a weekend or bank holiday, it will be processed the next working day.

Shipping Details & Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. We use Royal Mail, Evri, DPD and DHL.

Additional Notes

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or not collected from a depot, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, for which an additional fee applies.

Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if an item is damaged or incorrect. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Gifting

We do not include prices in our packing slips, making every order gift-ready by default. All items are neatly packed with care.
